Change Fitness was created over 15 years ago with a vision of helping anyone who wanted to make changes and improvements to their life but didn’t have the knowledge or motivation to do so. Empowerment was the vision meaning that the session took on a knowledge transfer and learning theme rather than a ‘do as I say’ approach.

My background was actually in IT, when I finished my 1st career at 32 I was an IT manager on a BT Service desk. I wanted a change in career where I could help promote positive health changes and especially help people with a more manageable work/life balance, also to have the strength and energy to be more effective at work, and more importantly to have the energy and health to enjoy the outside of work environment.
15 years ago I started my own journey learning how to help others in the pursuit of a healthy long life.
I qualified as a level 3 personal Trainer, sports massage therapist as well as numerous continual development courses.
My aim has always been to join you in your pursuit of improvement using methods of encouragement while empowering you to make the changes needed for long term sustainable, yet achievable results.
